Your kindness has helped create such a fun, flexible, and engaging learning experience for our students.\r\n\r\nWe deciced use stickey adhesive backing on the back of our Lego tiles. What's great about this is you can stick and restick without harming the wall. This allows us to securely attach the tiles to walls, whiteboards, bookshelves, and other flat surfaces while still being easy for students to remove without causing any damage or danger. Because of this, our students can now build and create just about anywhere!\r\n\r\nThis flexibility has made a huge impact. Our TK and Kindergarten students love using the Lego area during structured playtime, while our older students enjoy it as a calming activity. We are even able to incorporate the Lego tiles into math centers and small group activities, making learning more hands-on and engaging.\r\n\r\nBeing able to move the tiles from walls to tables for individual or group use has made this resource incredibly versatile. Because of your kindness, our classroom library has come to life in ways that truly excite and inspire my second graders every single day. We use these new books during independent reading, partner reading, and even as part of our writing lessons. One special moment that stands out was when a student who had previously struggled to stay engaged found a book that matched their interests and proudly read aloud to the class. Seeing that confidence grow has been incredibly meaningful.\r\n\r\nWhen the books first arrived, the students' reactions were pure joy—wide eyes, big smiles, and lots of eager hands reaching to explore the new titles. They immediately began flipping through pages, sharing discoveries with classmates, and asking if they could start reading right away. It was clear that these resources sparked curiosity and excitement, helping students see reading not just as a task, but as an adventure.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, we are using these books to support a unit on storytelling and comprehension. Students are choosing books to inspire their own creative writing, identifying characters, settings, and lessons, and then crafting their own short stories. Because of your kindness, my second grade students have been able to use our new crafting paper in creative and meaningful ways. Today, we worked on a spring-themed project where students created beautiful trees using the materials you provided. Each tree was unique, filled with bright colors, blossoms, and details that truly reflected their creativity and excitement for the season. It was such a joyful moment לראות their ideas come to life through hands-on learning.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new materials, their faces lit up with excitement. They couldn't wait to get started, and many of them shared how special it felt to have brand-new supplies just for them. The crafting paper made our lesson more engaging and allowed students to fully express themselves while connecting art to our writing lesson. We also tied this activity into opinion writing for spring, where students wrote about why spring is their favorite (or not!) and used their trees as inspiration for their ideas.\r\n\r\nThanks to your support, our next steps are to continue building our opinion writing skills by adding more details, reasons, and examples to strengthen our writing.
