My Students

I teach in a low socioeconomic area in the heart of our city in Alabama. My students come to me daily, ready to learn, and eager to please their teacher by doing their best work. I provide many resources myself for my classroom, due to low funding. All of our students qualify for free lunch and my students would greatly benefit from any additional resources.

My students are a wonderful group of children and they deserve the world.

I am trying my best to give them as many opportunities to be as successful as possible.

My Project

We are really embracing the opportunity to learn in person. These materials will help us to maintain our classroom safe for our students during class. The cleaning and disinfecting items will be used to disinfect their areas every time we make a transition during learning center time. We believe that learning in person is an opportunity for students to acquire knowledge and succeed, but it is important to have essential supplies to keep our students safe during the pandemic which is still ongoing. Disinfecting materials are used a lot in my class. We can not just keep up with the demand. My students need to be as safe as possible in class. Thank you in advance for your generosity in donating these supplies.
