My Project

I work at a small public choice high school. What does that mean? Most of our students are at-risk of not graduating, some have dropped out and returned to complete their education, some are parents themselves, others have found it challenging to attend a large public school. They apply and interview to come to our school to make up credits, find success, and make plans for their future. I am dedicated to making sure that happens for them.

My goal for this project is to set up a hygiene closet accessible to all of my economically disadvantaged students.

This project was made with my students' input. I am requesting menstrual products, toothpaste, shampoo, and other everyday basics so all students have access to everything they need throughout the day.
