This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have a wonderful group of willing learners. Often our students need a place of their own to help them calm down and focus on the day ahead. Flexible seating allows the students to find their own space to either work or take some time to focus on themselves.

Having the ability for flexible seating to find their own space will help my students refocus and rejuvenate for a productive day.

A calming corner in the classroom, with flexible seating near the library, will offer an excellent place for the students to learn and focus on their social and emotional health.
