My Project

My goal for this project is to provide my students with engaging books that meet them at their reading level while encouraging them to build confidence and a love for reading. The Cam Jansen and Zoey and Sassafras series are perfect for my students who need more support in their reading journey. These books offer fun, exciting stories with characters they can relate to, while also providing accessible text and helpful pictures to support their comprehension.

Having books that are written at their level — but still exciting and fun — will make a huge difference in their learning and help them develop important reading skills.

My students are special because they never give up and always come to school ready to learn and grow. They are curious, creative, and love exploring new ideas through books. Many of my students are working hard to become stronger readers, and having these book series in our classroom library will help them feel successful and motivated. These books will give them the chance to enjoy reading, practice important skills, and feel proud of their progress as they become more confident readers every day.
