My Students

My students are a diverse group of children who love to create, build, and discover. They are intrigued by the interworking of the world and seek to build their knowledge about it. My students are most engaged in activities they require investigation and exploration. They are neither afraid to ask questions nor afraid to be wrong in order to learn.

My students are aspiring leaders.

They want to make the world a better place through the use of technology and science. No matter what knowledge they learn in science, they thirst for more. Their questions and inquiries are deep and thought-provoking. The discussions in which we engage are always inspiring and enlightening.

My students are also fun, silly, and creative. The classroom is filled with the fervor of students at work in cooperative groups, on task discussions, and respectful words. In our class, we make learning a lifelong, and fun-filled journey.

My Project

I am asking for Ozobots and accompanying engaging accessories. My students will use these resources to explore other types of technology that they would normally not have access to and that coding can be fun.

These robots and their ability to be coded will provide students with an opportunity to experiment with technology that could lead them into careers are based in STEM, and begin to prepare them for jobs in a 21st century world.

We will use them to explore how technology and tasks can be integrated and how these robots are just the beginning of the many awesome things technology can do.
