Just A Few Must Haves!

My Students

I love my students because they bring their own special touch and individuality to our classroom each day. I have 7 little friends, four boys, and three girls. All of my girls are 4 years old. Two of my boys are 3 years old and the rest are 4, one will be 5 next month . A couple of my little ones have autism, some are developmentally delayed and I even have one that is wheelchair-bound. I can tell you, there is never a dull moment in our classroom! Each of the wee ones has their own little touch that they add to our classroom family to make our environment the place to be.

There are two other teachers in the classroom with me, one of the perks of being in an EC classroom...so the three of us are able to spend a lot of individual one-on-one time with our babies.

My Project

I've chosen some new toys that are developmentally appropriate for my kiddos that will help with their fine motor development in several of my centers in the classroom.

We can never have too many Art Supplies, and I've chosen some new crayons that will assist my children with Occupational Therapy goals, as well as multi-cultural crayons that are missing from our crayon box!

My kiddos with Autism will LOVE the light up items that I've added to my wish list.

Although we have several books in our reading center, I would love to add just a few new ones for my little friends, including a few bi-lingual ones for my bi-lingual kiddos.
