Help me give my students an opportunity to train with simple equipment like the plyometric box sets that will aid in small group stations with focus on maximizing fast twitch explosiveness.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project provides athletes from Lacrosse and Football to train the same way as their opponents do off the field so they can compete on the field. Players don't have outside training opportunities so everything has to be done at school.
The much needed equipment will make our athletes more explosive with the Plyoboxes, bigger with the bumper plates, and stronger with the Aqua Gym Water Weights.
These donations will provide state of the art training methodology which cant be developed to improve overall athletic ability. Oscillating Strength, dynamic movements, and raw power will be used through donations to create better athletes. Football and Lacrosse depend so much on change of direction movements that it is imperative these athletes get the training needed to be successful. These tool being donated are a huge part in these movement patterns.
