Jumping Boxes to Get in Shape

Help me give my students three foam plyometric jumping box for my track and field team.

My Students

Kids call me Coach KC, and I am the cross-country and track and field coach. I coach 54 athletes, high school boys and girls, and we participate in local and regional competitions. This year again, some of my athletes made it to State in both cross country and track and field. I am very proud of their efforts and successes.

My athletes are strongly motivated and do not mind putting a lot of time in to train.

Being part of the top school in the state – our public school ranks 50-80 in the nation each year --, they are competitive and always strive for the top.

My Project

The three jumping boxes that I am kindly requesting will help my students increase the elasticity and muscle strength in their legs thus reducing the possibility of injuries. Practicing on these boxes will also serve as cardio exercises.

We can adjust the height to answer particular exercise needs such as push-ups, step-ups, squats, lunges, and dips.

The boxes are portable and lightweight and can be moved to wherever they are needed.

Thanks to these three jumping boxes, my athletes will get into shape for the upcoming competitions.
