My students train on the field almost every day. They seek to get ready for the 5K, but it is not enough: they also need full body workouts. In our weight room, it would be wonderful have equipment dedicated to developing core strength, such as the squat machine. The sissy squats that I am kindly requesting are multi-functional. They will work on the athletes’ body core and legs, and they will give my athletes a good abdominal work-out. To become better runners, my students need to strengthen stomach, buttocks and leg muscles as well as upper body and waist. Thank you very much for providing us with two of the squat machines!
