My Project

Everyone deserves to have a job in life in order to be independent. My students require explicit instruction in vocational skills in order to be successful. Having materials (both physical and digital) will help in providing direct and meaningful vocational instruction.

Vocational experiences that happen in school help to increase employability after graduation for students with special needs.

Our goal for our students is independence for their specific ability levels. Independence looks different for each student. These levels of individual independence are gained through instruction in areas like housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, food preparation and order fulfillment.
