My students in my 6:1:2 self-contained classroom are in 7th, 8th and 9th grade. Our goal is for them to be able to leave school at the commencement of their education with the strongest base of life skills that we can. We are going to be starting a coffee cart/bakery at our school. Students will learn organizational skills, food prep skills, money skills, customer service skills and so much more! All of these skills will help them to be the most productive members of society that they can possibly be! We are so excited to embark on this journey and any help would be appreciated!
