Today's students are tomorrow's future!! My students enjoy learning and exploring projects that challenges them. Challenging projects boost critical thinking and problem solving skills. I am confident to see many of my students in the field of science, math and technology.
My students are a wonderful & inquisitive group of learners who understands the benefits of education and to make good choices in their lives.
In order to build a positive environment in the classroom it's important to have good student teacher relationship. My students inspire me with their hard work and never give up attitude. I respect and adore them for their positive approach as lifelong learners. Teaching is my passion and I believe I can make a difference in the classroom motivating and guiding my students keeping high expectations and standards.
My Project
Students in my classroom learn differently, so I plan my lessons and instructions based on my students' needs and study habits. Modifying and differentiating my lessons and instructions have helped my students to learn effectively. I always look for multiple ways to assess student learning, and analyzing student performance data has helped me to accommodate my instructions to diverse student learners. Student Response System (SRS) is a great source to measure student learning and to provide instant feedback on their performances. This tool will help me to create new engaging lessons, which will enhance student engagement.
My ELL and inclusion students will be able to provide their answers through SRS with no fear of ridicule from their peers because their answers will be seen only by me.
SRS is a great formative tool to support struggling students and to meet their needs based on their responses to quizzes and tests. This technology will be very effective for my fifth-graders to answer quizzes in science, math, and ELA classes. It is a great way to motivate my students to take responsibility in their own learning after receiving instant feedback. I conclude by stating that SRS is an effective tool that will support my students tremendously and will help to learn in a fun manner.
