My Project

I love my job as a teacher! I have been teaching kindergarten but this year, I am returning back to Pre-K. We are a Title I school. And for many of our students this will be their first experience in a school setting. In my classroom there will be 18 children and 2 teachers. Our school’s mission “Students will achieve academic success and become lifelong learners while reaching their full potential.”

The art materials will help create “masterpieces” and art explorations in our classrooms.

I am requesting a couple of art supplies for my classroom. Through the children imagination they can create and make a one-of-a-kind and unique art piece.

To support our children’s fine and gross motor skills they can explore freely with painting on an art easel. They can use different mediums such as painting with brushes or paint sticks on different types of paper. And the mosaics squares will be used to make 3D art.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
