Help me give my students colorful headphones, cool water bottles to decorate with reward stickers, Play-Doh for creativity time, Halloween craft kits, and so many other "little things"!
I feel like my classroom is a fun place. We have everything we need to meet the needs of students, but it's the little things that make learning fun!
When learning is fun, that's when students grow the most.
Little prizes for daily academic contests, colorful headphones for the online curriculum we use, and cool water bottles that can be decorated throughout the year with fun reward stickers every time the student hits a milestone to celebrate (sort of like a charm bracelet!) has the capacity to encourage students to keep moving forward.
My goal for this project is to have a way to reward the hard work that I see from my students every day. My students are incredibly special. We have some very intensive needs in my classroom, and we overcome so much more than you can imagine. Positive reinforcement can move mountains.
