The ukulele's were the perfect size! We learned about the importance of tuning them and practiced some songs with various YouTube videos. They were so much fun!\r\n\r\nThis was a great way to teach the the ukulele is an actual real instrument and not just a toy. The best thing about this project was the students could do all of it with no help. A little guidance is always required, but when we give a project that a student can do with so much independence, confidence soars!\r\n\r\nThe students liked this so much that they asked if they could make second ornaments and wreaths to give to other family members.
