Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
1 for the money, 2 for the show, 3 to get ready let go, lets go, now want you.... Help us get BLUE SLUSHIES! 1) the money is the tangible reward of a cold refreshing slushy, 2) is to show my students that I appreciate their hard work and 3) to get ready for the next goal!
This slushy machine will help motivate and reward students for meeting and exceeding school expectations.
This project will also encourage conversations about science, math and art (The computer science concept team). Students will research and have conversations on how machines are built from concept to production. The possibilities are limitless. I want to provide as much motivation as possible to help my students realize they are capable of greatness always. Students need to know that innovation starts by having conversation with a diverse group of individuals.
