My Project
My art students are special because they love learning and of course, they love recognition for a job well done! My goal is to support and develop positive behaviors from all of my students during the school day. Our school site has a school wide positive behavior and intervention support (PBIS) plan for years. Through PBIS we work to encourage all of our students to develop social skills that will help them achieve their educational and emotional goals.
It would be wonderful to reward positive behavior in art class with a little something special - a colorful pencil, a mini sketchbook, an eraser or a cute little pencil sharpener.
