My Project

Students who come to my class are elementary students who struggle to identify their feelings, accept their emotions, and know how to express themselves in healthy ways. Using fidgets and sensory items can help calm our bodies and help our minds to focus.

When our emotions are in check, we are able to experience success!

The items in this project will give students a socially acceptable way to channel their emotional energy, and the books will give us a fun way to learn how our feelings and emotions can be used for good!
