My Project

Who doesn't love a good read aloud? I love making stories come alive for my students. They engage with the stories and learn about feelings, other people, places, and cultures. If you can read, you can learn about almost anything! This is why I keep updating my classroom library. More and more diverse books are being published each month. I want to continue to share the best ones with my students.

I want to always make my students feel like they are on their way to being super readers!

I try to inspire them to want to know more, to be curious and ask questions. Literacy is a right, let us encourage great readers by continuing to expose them to great books as well as giving them great instruction in reading.
