It Takes More to Motivate My Students!

My Project

We are desprate for new Chromebooks to access the programs that are helping us practice phonics skills to become better readers. Several of our existing devices are no longer supported and we waste too many minutes trying to access the learning platforms utilized by my students. My students take more to motivate them to do the hard things. By the time they are placed in my intervention classroom, they feel they cannot do many tasks. My biggest challenge is building confidence and motivation. The sensory and trinket items are earned by completing tasks. My students work hard to earn prizes. In the process, they are building the skills and strategies necessary for academic success.
