I teach a technology savvy group of third graders. Our school is low to middle income.

I am the only teacher in my class with 20 students every day. My ability to be working with each student at the exact time they need me is impossible. It is also a huge challenge to get students caught up when they miss lessons. I want to use the iPod shuffles to record lessons and activities that the students can listen to and then complete by themselves.

Since our classroom is busy all day every day it will help my students if they can put on their headphones and listen to lessons, stories, and activities without the interruptions of other children in the class. I know I can reach each and every one of my students if I had more voices and more hands to spread around, but I don't. The iPod Shuffle makes it possible for me to teach multiple students multiple different things at one time so every students need are being met.

Your generous donations towards my project will help each of my students accomplish their goals this year and be successful. I want to help each and every one of my students any time they need me and the iPod Shuffles will allow me to be many places at once in a sense.
