My Students

Spanish, Arabic, Swahili, Nepali, French, English, and more are the languages we speak. We are located in an urban community with all of my students receiving free breakfast and lunch.

We want to support our families at home with virtual learning as much as possible.

We are looking for new materials to help us do just that. Many of our students do not have access to basic school supplies and will need our help.

In my classroom, I strive to teach my students to be the best they can be. We work on building their social-emotional development and curiosity.

My Project

We are in need of white boards, markers, numbers and more to help our students interact with numbers in their daily routine. We have great ideas of ways to help our students engage in activities using magnetic numbers and large classroom whiteboards.

Is it a number or a letter?

We want to engage our students in learning the difference between numbers and letters as well as work on recognizing, naming and writing both numbers and letters.

With these materials we will be able to add more numbers, counting and alphabet knowledge into our daily routine.
