Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting an iPad, Pencil, and case for my classroom for accessibility purposes. I am looking to utilize this with my Newline board and be capable of teaching while moving around. Giving students the proximity factor is always a great tool for success because students are more focussed and attentive knowing that I am walking the room.

Accessibility is key in middle school!

Without the iPad, I am stuck at the front of the classroom teaching. With the iPad, I can be anywhere in the classroom teaching.

The pencil allows me to "write" on the ipad that then gets projected to the screen.

Finally, the case is for protecting such a valuable item in the classroom. I plan to have students write on the iPad, too, therefore causing me to want to protect the iPad from "oopsies" falling to the ground! Having these tools would really benefit my classroom and behavior management!
