My Project

21st century learning skills are so important for students. These skills increase students' passion for learning and prepare them for our connected world.

The iPads would be used in my classroom to provide the students with the opportunity to use their critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration.

Students would use the iPads throughout our computer programming unit. The iPads would be used to program our Dash and Dot robot. The students would also use the iPads for various computer programming apps such as Kodable, Scratch Jr., and Lightbot.

The iPads also gives students the chance to build their learning fundamentals through hands-on play, tangible pieces and digital fun by using Osmo.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
