My Students

I have group of 18 wonderful Pre-K students who come to school each day ready to absorb learning. My job as an educator is to provide them with the best possible educational experiences. I need your help in providing some interactive games and headphones for them to use on the computer during centers.

Presently, my students have a limited supply of resources to choose from during center time and would benefit from some interactive games, which would allow them to work independently, or in groups on the computer.

Incorporating technology in the Pre-K Program will help to reinforce skills they are learning. These interactive games that I am requesting will spark the student's interest and allow them to develop their curiosities, problem solving and independent thinking skills that are instrumental to the learning process. Having these games will allow students to control the pace of the assigned task thus boosting their self-confidence as they realize that they can make things happen on computers. Students will have the opportunity of repeating an activity again and again if they choose to; thus, facilitating reinforcement of important reading and Math skills.

My Project

My students will be able to utilize more technology independently by having access to these interactive games. These games will allow them to further practice and build upon the skills they are learning and adequately prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. With your donation, you can help bring excitement into our language arts literacy classroom through the use of an interactive software library. Using such games will be sure to make learning fun! The headphones will help my students listen and concentrate on the activities on the Cds.

My students need interactive computer games to help develop and reinforce important reading and math concepts.

These CDs will reinforce my students learning with popular fairy tales and math and science units. Will you please support my students in this endeavor?
