This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are in need of a replacement easel in our room. Thanks to donors like you I received and easel 10 years ago that is on its last leg. The wheels pop off every time I move it. Putting the wheels back on always remind me of a strong man contest! One of the screws on the board is missing, so it wobbles, and it is cracked. This easel has lived out its last year in my classroom.

When it comes to teaching second graders, a teacher's easel is a much-needed multi-purpose tool that easily can make any lesson interactive without the distraction of moving screens and lights.
