My Project

Last year and this year have been very challenging years for everyone.

My students lost so much instruction last year during online teaching.

As much as they and I tried it was very hard to keep up with the requirements of a very demanding Calculus Math class. Engaging students from virtual classrooms was extremely challenging. One computer that we had for our class run out of space as a result of overloading with online lessons and videos.

I would love to interact with my students and help them through the process of analyzing and discussing calculus problems in class. Using the IPad Pro will help me to make it easier to give my students real-life examples, and support them with guided lessons using different apps to explain and demonstrate in real-life difficult concepts of calculus. Seeing visual lessons they will really understand not only the algebra but also the meaning of those calculations in each problem.

With an iPad, it will be helpful to write directly on it so students can represent their classwork to the whole class. This will also help me be able to use interactive whiteboard technology to deliver living teaching using an iPad. Having an apple pen will allow me to write math formulas efficiently.
