My Project

I am looking forward to teaching a class that has never been taught before, Elementary Computer Science for kindergarten through fifth grade! My new school will be also moving towards becoming an International Baccalaureate school too, starting next school year!

This interactive whiteboard will be essential for our technology and inquiry needs for this class that will serve the entire school as a special areas class.

Interactive whiteboards allow us to engage students as they can help move lessons along. Also, with the specialty area of a Computer Science class, we will do a lot of PLTW lessons that have multiple links and videos that getting the kids involved with the movement’ through online pages that will really promote engagement and participation.
