My Project

I am thrilled about the impact that Black History reading resources will have on my students' learning! By immersing themselves in literature that celebrates the often-overlooked contributions and experiences of Black individuals, my students are gaining a deeper appreciation for diversity and inclusivity. These resources will provide a platform for discussions about social justice, equality, and systemic racism, sparking critical thinking and empathy among my students. My class will become more aware of the struggles and triumphs of Black people throughout history. Ultimately, these reading materials will empower my students to become advocates for change in their communities and beyond as they continue to educate themselves on the importance of Black history.
