This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

From cats to football and Dog Man to Cat Ninja, the books on my list are just some of the books my students love to read. I am a resource teacher with many students who have had to work hard to develop their reading skills. Reading their favorite books help them see that the effort was (and is)worth it. The books on my list will be books that they can enjoy at home and bring back to the classroom when they're done. I would love for them to experience the experience of being the first one to read a new book they love.
