Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I have 27 students that come from Hispanic families located in the North Dallas area. Our school is a place to learn and create opportunities for students and members of their families.
Empowering low-income students in use of technology creates engagement classroom environment and an extra motivation and opportunity to learn third-grade math concepts.
We just founded a project for a software. The tablet will be used with this software. Students will interact and help each other and with the teacher to understand math in an innovative way. Our students need to be exposed to the new century learning environment.
My Project
My students need extra motivation and engage classroom to improve academic performance focus on math and science. Our students will use technology to increase engagement and retention of new math and science knowledge by creating a lesson with interactive activity by connecting all with the classmate and teacher. All members of the class will be able to interact and develop the best lesson with the most innovative software and 8 touch screen tablets. Also, They will be able to take pictures, drawing, and interact with the teacher during our whole group and small group time math and science lessons. Your generous donation to our project will improve our Third-grade classroom by building a stronger math and science learner. This will change our students' lives for the better. They will love school and feel success at an early age --- having fun while learning!
