My Project

My students love to learn and are eager to come to school. My role is to provide academic intervention services to students in need. This helps them work towards meeting their individual goals. My students come from many different places. They are English Language Learners ranging in academic ability from non-English to advanced learners as well as general education and special education students.

Ink is needed to print out fun and engaging games as well as differentiated tasks to enhance our literacy curriculum and to meet student individualized goals.

Many scaffolds are provided for successful student learning. We are provided with basic supplies but funds are low to continuously supply ink for supplemental activities such as games and other tasks.

Students also enjoy color copies as opposed to only black and white. Having a variety of resources helps keep them motivated. Students like creating all sorts of things online, and a black-and-white copy doesn't portray their hard work. Also, we take pictures and create collages of our classroom experiences which are printed out. These resources will help with our everyday tasks.

My goal is to keep my students motivated and engaged in learning to help them become the best they can be.
