Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I want my students to become more proficient when using technology and in order to do that, current technology must be in their hands. Chromebooks are the answer.

The administration and teachers at my school have established a "Be Kind" campus in which our students respect each other and where our students take responsibility for their learning.

The majority of my seventh graders are dedicated learners that range in ability, but share one common thread, the lack of resources available to them. My school is in a district in which every school is a Title I school. I believe that my students deserve that best resources that are out there.

My Project

The requested ink cartridges in our classroom would increase not only the excitement of finishing an assignment, but it would also be a motivator of continued effort. It would mean that my students could print their writing pieces and works of art and be able to instantly have it in their hands without leaving our classroom.

When you have been working on an assignment and you finally finish, it is an amazing feeling to hold that freshly printed piece of paper in your hands knowing that you accomplished your goal.

I want my students to be proud of the work that they have finished and having ink in our printer will help make that possible.
