This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My scholars are no less deserving than any other. They deserve to have access to the very best for their education. They deserve a teacher who can plan and facilitate their lessons on the go. Teachers are constantly weaving in work time and multitasking wherever possible. Having an ipad would allow me to be mobile while doing everything I can do from my computer. I would be able to create fun and engaging lessons, collect and grade assignments, make parent contact, and monitor student engagement without being confined to a desk.

Having an iPad that I can use in the classroom will facilitate my lessons, help support my students, and be an all-around better teacher for my scholars.

It will be used to help guide students and to ensure student engagement as well as complete a variety of other tasks. It will not only help to keep my students on track but also allow me to reach every student.
