Indoor Recess Fun

Help me give my students Indoor Recess Fun! Now that it is cold outside, recess is less exciting and I want to stimulate my students' brains and engage them with critical thinking and fun.

Mrs. James Granby Elementary School

Norfolk, VA Grades 3-5

My Project

Now that the weather is colder outside, recess is spent inside more and more. I would like to give my students some indoor recess fun. I want my students to spend less time on the computer during recess and engage with other classmates. Engaging with other classmates helps with their communication and social skills. A donation towards these card games and board games with require them to use critical thinking skills and allow them to communicate and socialize during indoor recess instead of playing games on a computer and talking to one another.
