My Project

A giant container or other storage of scissors is common in every art classroom, but I've noticed this year the struggles of my little artists who have a harder time using your typical set of scissors. My left-handed friends spend more time and effort trying to utilize regular scissors, and my special needs and modification students typically depend on hand-over-hand methods or entirely on their teachers to help them with any portion of a cutting project.

By introducing left-handed and special needs scissors into my art supplies, I can include more students by adapting to their needs within the art room!
