My Project

A little extrinsic motivation is sometimes needed to kick start our intrinsic motivation. Students have a lot on their plate. With testing around the corner, students get easily overwhelmed and lose focus. Students need to feel important, accepted and proud of themselves. They also need to realize there is a purpose to learning the curriculum.

As teachers, it's our job to make sure it happens!

To keep my students excited about learning I want to offer them prizes like pencils and jigsaw puzzles for good behavior, great work and most importantly being an active learner!
