My Students
I teach 20 amazing and adorable kindergarten scholars. They enter my classroom with big smiles, happy, and ready to learn. Many students that come to our school do not speak English and have no preschool experience. We also have exceptional students included in our class.
We are a Global Magnet Title I School serving 65% low-income families who speak limited English.
We offer Mandarin Chinese and Spanish to our students. Our school also serves parents who work multiple jobs to help make ends meet.
My Project
Some kindergarten students need lots of motivation and incentive for good behavior. I want to reward students for doing their best each day in class. A little motivations will also increase some students' learning as well as their behavior. Having the sports balls and princess incentives will get students' attention and help keep them on track. The rubber ducks are always a prize my students enjoy receiving. There are all kinds of rubber ducks for my students. I also want to include a sensory ball for students in my class who need to feel textured objects.
