Help me give my students incentives for reaching their ACT and PSAT goals

My Project
I am working with a group of students from families who immigrated to the United States to prepare them to apply to college, all first-generation college students in US Universities. Their parents speak limited English, so my ELL students are leading the way with their test prep to get the scores they need for college admission. Most of them are doing this with minimal help from home.
My students and I are working on improving their ACT, PSAT, and SAT scores; each of my students has set a goal for himself/herself of an attainable yet optimistic score on the ACT or SAT.
They are working so hard to reach these goals, but at times, this test prep feels monotonous. To keep the standardized test prep motivating, I have created several collaborative games for these students. They compete in ACT or SAT horse races or Amazing Races. Although they are still working on released standardized test questions, the break in monotony and the ability to collaborate is often the motivation they need to stay excited about their test prep. I would like to have small gift cards to Amazon to give as prizes for the winning groups for these bi-monthly "game"-ified test prep strategy!
In addition, I would like to provide them breakfast before they take the PSAT at school. This will be in my room - and provide them a place to chill before the test begins. I also want take home options to ensure that they have breakfast before the Saturday ACT and SAT tests!
