I am currently teaching gifted 7th grade ELA and gifted 8th grade ELA (which is actually English 1 for high school credit). I am passionate to not just prepare my students for "tests" but to help them develop a love of literature. My goal is to provide my students with authentic reading and writing experiences that will help them this year and as they grow into lifelong learners. In addition to teaching ELA, I am the High School Mock trials coach and am teaching a Law Studies class for our high school students!
