This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a lot of fun and they have a lot of energy, they are kindergarteners. Kindergarten is their first experience and I want them to have the best experience in my classroom.

They are eager to learn and they love coming to school.

As part of their learning routine I enjoy compensating my students with rewards.

I plan to motivate my students with incentives, prizes and reading as a great treat for their hard work at school. As an Educator, I think that it is very important that we keep encouraging and motivating students to do a great job.
