Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The items in this cart have been specifically chosen to expand learner comfort to engage them in the classroom environment. Rolling stools and comfy chairs will allow learners to select the option that works best for them. An extra charging station will let learners be able to use their devices longer and who can say no to a fish lamp! No feeding required.
My learners are amazing and each are unique with their learning needs.
I teach special education at an urban, low socio-economic and trauma-impacted school. Having these options for my learners, let's them know that they are cared for by an adult in their life.
