Improve Safety for Future Welders

Help me give my students improved access to welding helmets, hearing protection, and respiratory protection as they develop welding and fabrication skills in our rural school shop.

My Project

My diverse group of students work diligently to develop welding skills in class. Though they have career interests ranging from the medical field to production agriculture, these skills allow them the opportunity to improve many aspects of their worldview.

These helmets, masks, earplugs, and markers will help them improve their productivity while ensuring their safety so they can enter the workforce with diverse and helpful skills and knowledge.

These students make the most of the welding class, and these materials will help them do so in the safest way possible.
