I'm Ready for IReady_Part 2

My Project

At my school, students utilize the learning program IReady Reading and IReady Math. I am the IReady Reading point person for grades 3-6. I would like to help motivate students to get as many lessons as possible done by incentivizing them with amazing prizes. I have been able to incentivize my own 5th grade classes by allowing them to choose ringpops or small prizes from my prize bin for being on our IReady "leaderboard." We also have incentivized students with a 3-6 wide competition from a previously funded Donor's Choose project.

These prizes will be used for IReady reading and IReady math competitions.

In our last competition that used prizes from a Donor's choose project, students in 3-6 completed over 7,000 lessons on IReady Reading and Math over a 5 week period of time.

Ms. Hansberry Mastery Charter School - Smedley Grades 3-5

Celebrate Black teachers and kids! This project supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of students are Black.

Equity Focus
