This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Hardworking, dedicated, successful, are just a few words that describe my students. They deserve to have tools that help make a difference in their education. My students are very supportive of one another. When one succeeds they all do, and when one fails they all do.

They are a team and work together to achieve more, for our classroom.

They really do make it easy to come to work everyday and help sculpt our future generations. They make me proud.

My Project

My students will be able to use the Canon Selphy printer to be able to document photos of the work they are most proud of. When students turn in work they are most proud of, I want them to be able to tag it with a selfie tag. I will then be able to see that the student is proud of their work and take a picture of them holding up their work. I will have a specific place in our classroom to display their selfies.

Students finding their own self worth and taking pride in their work, is extremely important for their self confidence, and will spill over into other areas of their education.
