What I love about my students is that they are energetic and very curious. They come with varying experiences, from one end of the spectrum to the other! We learn so much from each other.
My students come to this class from different parts of the city, different states and different countries.
They are all caring and concerned about the world we live in.
In second grade, believe it or not, they talk to each other about politics, pollution, and recess. It truly is such a privilege to be part of their lives. You should hear what they think!
My Project
During the last year of teaching remotely it was so difficult to read student work submitted online. In order to assess student work and give them immediate feedback during live meetings I need to be able to read it clearly.
I will ask each student to have their white board ready to write down the answers to work I will assign during a live meeting.
Also, they will be able to take a photo of the white board work and submit it to certain online programs I will be having them use. The distribution of white boards and the appropriate writing materials will be a great help in running the online meetings efficiently.
