My Project

I have been fortunate to hold various positions throughout my district and school for the last five years. Next year, I am returning to the classroom as a third-grade teacher, and I am beyond excited. I teach at a high-poverty school in the Indianapolis area. Our school population has 94% of the students qualify for free and reduced-price lunches.

The minute you step into our building, you will witness the power of our staff and students.

We are all motivated, eager to learn, and crave knowledge as a school. I am incredibly fortunate to spend my days with outstanding students and staff who care about educating the whole child! I am one of many who make a difference every day in the lives of the students who enter our school. We build readers, writers, thinkers, scientists, historians, and mathematicians.

I want to provide my students with items to give them a successful start to the school year. I am asking for each student to have a durable take-home folder, clothes pins for classroom books, flexible seating, and pencil pouches.
