This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Our Pre-K classroom is a place where young minds embark on a journey of discovery and exploration. With your support, we aim to enhance our learning environment by adding a light table. This is a versatile and engaging tool that will foster sensory exploration and promote hands-on learning experiences for our students.

Tactile activities promote fine motor and coordination skill development.

The selected manipulatives will allow us to fully utilize the potential of the light table. Materials such as colored shapes, letters, numbers, and pattern blocks are needed to encourage our students to experiment, create, and engage in open-ended exploration.

By introducing a light table into our classroom, we can provide our Pre-K students with an immersive learning experience. This multi-faceted device will stimulate their senses, inspire creativity, and foster successful critical thinking skills.
