We all have different learning styles whether it be tactile, auditory, visual, kinesthetic, or even reading and writing. As a teacher it is important to understand the different learning styles of my students to better help them thrive in the classroom. By using unique strategies, activities, and assignments, I am able to cater to all different kinds of learners and produce successful learning. Tactile learners need to physically touch or try something in order to learn the concept best. The act of touching stimulates sensors within muscles and joints, sending messages back and forth from the skin to the brain.
Tactile learning will help to improve my students' critical thinking and analytical skills through trial-and-error experimentation. This type of learning allows my students to be intentionally engaged throughout a lesson. A sense of touch or the ability to move around can help them comprehend and learn information better.
Donations to our project will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, it will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. With consistent and positive interactions, my students will be able to develop a more relevant perception of the world that surrounds them.
